    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - SPECIFICATION DETAILS FOR SCOPE OF WORK/ LIST OF ITEMS TO BE COVERED UNDER AIAMC OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROTECTION SYSTEM (IPS) - ICGAS DAMAN 1. All Inclusive Annual Maintenance Contract (AIAMC) for Infrastructure Protection System (IPS) at Indian Coast Guard Air Station Daman as per the schedule enumerated below in subsequent paragraphs. It will include following points:- (a) On site service support for preventive and break down services (b) Remote fault Diagnostics and Support (c) Support of resident Engineer. (d) Product repair and replacement (if required within defined SLA) of failed parts. (e) Bi-Monthly site Audit & Preventative Maintenance. (f) Periodical functional checks for all components of equipment under AIAMC. (g) Cleaning of all equipment and tightening of connectors. (h) Perform confidence checks to ensure that PIDS, UGS and cameras are functioning satisfactorily. (1) Troubleshooting of the system, diagnosing the fault and finding out the faulty unit/ spare/components/ assembly/ batteries, accessories etc, if any. (k) Repairing/ replacement of defective unit/ spares/ components/ assembly/ batteries, accessories with equivalent or better specifications at no extra cost. (1) Restoring the system to normal operation. (m) Resolving network related issues/fault. (n) To check/ ensure working and making log of system performance for systems like Cameras, Servers, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Video Management Software, Network Video Recorder (NVR), PCs, Displays/TVs, Network components and connectivity, UPS Batteries, PIDS, etc. on regular basis. (p) Updating software/ firmware whenever new versions are released, which includes:- (i) Video Management software (ii) Command and Control Server/Software (iii) Firmware of cameras and other sensors (q) Any other work required to restore system in working condition.
