Bids Are Invited For 130Fd52021 - Meeting below indicated “Qualifying criteria parameters” is must to get qualified in technical bid. a) Supplies shall be strictly as per enclosed BEML Drawing 130FD52021/Teeth Forging applicable standards & enclosed QAP. b) suppliers shall maintain consistency in quality as per QAP (enclosed) c) Firms participating in tenders should have successfully developed and supplied the subject items. to EM Division, BEML Ltd., KGF. Firms shall also enclose MII Certificate & MSME (for MSME Firms) d) Supplier should have relevant tooling /die for manufacturing the subject forgings & requested to confirm availability of close die /tooling e) Division of patronage: 60:40 N.I.T. Condition: The quantity projected for the items shall be allotted in the ratio of 60:40 basis. The L-1 shall get 60% of the projected quantity & L-2shall get 40% of the quantity provided if L-2 matches with L-1 price. Otherwise, 100% qty shall be placed on L-1 Firm. f) Successful bidder shall accept to supply the material in staggered lots as per BEML requirements. g) Enclosed Integrity pact shall duly filled & signed by supplier shall be mandatorily uploaded in documents. h) Any new firm interested in supplying/developing the subject items may contact us for a separate development order. Development action will be initiated after ascertaining the capability of the firm by BEML quality team. i) No separate die cost or tool cost will be paid by BEML based on demand /Requirement j) Quoted cost will be inclusive of unit price + Applicable GST k) Validity of offer: 90 days l) To arrive at L-1 bidder based on the CS generated in GEM portal. m) Material shall be offered for BEML for inspection before dispatch to SIT. n) Delivery terms: FDD to EM division, BEML KGF -563115. Bids with EXW dispatch terms are liable for rejection as per GEM. o) LD clause applicable for late deliveries. p) Risk purchase clause: The supplier shall complete the delivery of the required materials as per the delivery schedule. or else BEML shall procure the materials for the undelivered quantity from anywhere else by invoking the Risk Purchase clause and the additional expenditure, if any, incurred will be charged on the supplier q) Special Clause: 1) BEML reserves right for pre / short closure along with reduction / deletion/ rescheduling / cancellation / deferment of deliveries. 2) Schedules in the PO will be staggered to meet BEML’s & supplies to be initiated from august 2024 onwards only. r) Technical bid of firms meeting above qualifying criteria shall only be qualified for opening commercial bid s) After technical qualifying of bids by buyer, Reverse action event starts.
