Tender For Providing Led Light Facilities In The Various Hostels; 1 WIRING IN STEEL & PVC CONDUIT 2 Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit alongwith accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. 3 20 mm 4 DLP Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required.(Make: Finolex/Polycab/RR) 5 2 X 4.0 sq. mm + 1 X 4.0 sq. mm earth wire 6 Supply and fixing of wire connectors 7 Providing and fixing of 3 way T-shape connectors for wiring,Quick wire splitterconnector for cirucuit Inline range for 1-10sqmm wire. 8 MCCB, MCB & DBS 9 Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinnedcopper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 10 6 way , Double door 11 Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, C curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MOB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 12 Double pole 13 Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32 A 240 V C curve DP MCB complete with connections,testing and commissioning etc. as required. 14 MV CABLE LAYING 15 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. 16 Upto 35 sq. mm 17 Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. 18 Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) 19 MV CABLE JOINTING & END TERMINATION 20 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 21 2 X 16 sq. mm (22mm) 22 MISC. CIVIL ITEMS 23 Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete asrequired. 24 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) 25 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal) 26 Supplying of Cables. 27 Supply of aluminium Armoured XLPE UG CABLE 1.1KV as per ISI Specification IS:7098/ (Part-I) 1988 with latest amendments. 28 2x16sq mm 29 Supply of Light Fixtures with Lamps 30 Supplying and fixing street light luminaire with die cast aluminum housing and toughened glass cover with min IP65 protection , with the LED Type fixtures of following Wattage complete with all accessories and drivers, LN6 heat sinkminimum 5kVA surge protection low power LEDs with driving current less than 350mA etc. on existing brackets on street light poles including connection & loop earthing with 3 core 1.5 sqmm flexible PVC insulated PVC roundsheathed copper conductor cable from street light box to fitting, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (with 5 years manufacturers warranty)(Make: Havells,Bajaj,Crompton Greaves, & philips etc) 31 LED 45W white colour lamp. 32 Supplying and fixing glass reinforced SMC (sheet moulding compound) looping box ofnominal size not less than 250mm X 170mm X100mm deep on the existing street lightfoundation with built-in bracket clamp, terminalblock & mounting plate etc.as required. 33 SUPPLY OF G.I PIPES AND ANGLES 34 Suppling and fixing of MS angle bracket / channel made of following length not less than 1.3 metre with suitable clamping arrengement with bolt & nuts and provided with suitable fixing arrengement for erection of 400W metalhalide fitting on 12 mtrs long swaged pole as required. 35 75mm x 40mm x 6mm MS channel
