| 1 | Complete maintenance of the entire lawn features in the garden area i.e. lawnflower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding pruning , watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost ofManure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be paid separately by the Department & lawn mover with fuel, other T & P, hose pipes for watering material/articles shall be provided by the contractor). |
| 2 | Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc. (Cost ofManure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be paid separately by the Department & bush cutting/trimming tools with fuel, other T & P, hose pipes for watering material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in charge. |
| 3 | Complete maintenance of shrubs, jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (Cost ofManure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be paid separately by the Department & bush cutting/trimming tools with fuel, other T & P, hose pipes for watering material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in charge. |

| 6 | Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment). |
