Tender For Car Parking Inside Administrative Building Premises; 1 Dismantlimg & removing of the old damaged following item of works materilas as per the reqiurment at site upto at any height including scaffolding, disposing the same materials at specified place with in all leads and lifts including supplying of all labours, materials, T&P etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excludicng cost of GST) 2 Brick work 3 RCC 4 AC sheet 5 Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil with initial lead & liftwith dressing, leveling & compacting the foundation bed, breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm, disposing the material at a designated place and keeping the required quantities for back filling with cost of labour, T&P, tollage,transportation, loading at one end & unloading at other end, all taxes, excludingGST all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 6 Back filling the excavated material in low laying area usingthe excavated material withalllead & liftwith dressing, leveling & compacting the material around the structure, breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm laying in layer not exceeding 0.30m. with cost of labour, T&P, tollage, taxes,compacting the same all completeas per the direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST. 7 P.C.C(1:3:6) of using 20mm down C.B.G chips of approved quality in foundation & plinth including mixing, hosting, laying to proper level & slope consolidating, curing, watering charges, finishing smooth to the exposed surface with including cost & supply of all materials, labour, Transportation,Curing, T&P, all taxes, excluding GST etc all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge 8 Saline Sand filling at required locations including watering & ramming in layer not exceeding 300mm. Includingcost of all materials, labour,T&P, transportation charges, royalties, taxes, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-chargebut excluding GST.NB: 10.00% voids will be deducted from actual measurment at site to achieve the payabe quantity. 9 Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12mm to 20mm size C.B.G. chips forall floors, foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality mixing, hoisting,laying, compacting, curing with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering & shuttering made of steel/ply, plank ofapproved quality for R.C.C. structures and deshuttering and removing the same after due period with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, scaffolding , taxes, royalties, tollage, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in -charge. 11 Foundation & plinth 12 wall 13 Supply Tor/TMT steel manufactured by SAIL/TISCON/VIGAC Steel of Fe 500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of steel, all labour, materials, transportation charges, T&P, taxes, etc. all completebut excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (NB: No payment shall be made for extra weight than theoretical co-efficient). 14 Brick work in Fly Ash Bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm² to99Kg/Cm² with C.M (1:6) including splay/cutting, racking out the joints curing, hoisting,staging at any height with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, royalties,transportation charges, curing, testing,charges taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction ofEngineer-in-charge 15 Foundation & plinth 16 superstructure 17 Cement plaster12mm thick with cm (1:6)over brick and concrete surface as reqiured and finished smooth to the exposed surface, rounding the corner at any height & any levels with cost & supply of all materials, labour, PPE of labours, T&P, tollage, royalties, staging, scaffolding, curing, water charges all transportation charges, all taxes excluding GSTetc. all complete as directedby the Engineer- in- charge . 18 Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm to 20mm size C.B.G. chips for all floors, foundation &plinth etc. of approved quality mixing, hoisting, laying, compacting, curing with supply of allmaterials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage transportations, staging, scaffolding, curing, etc. allcomplete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 19 Exterior painting two coats to wall surface with acrylic based weathercoat paint of approved quality & shade having resistance to Fungus,Fading, including scraping, cleaning, brushing, washing the old paint, asand when required, removing the flakes applying uniformly two coatsincluding cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes,transportation, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete but excluding cost ofGST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 20 One coat Priming with water bond cement primer to the newly plaster surface of thexterior Wall or over the exisitng putty surface of the interior wall of approved make &shade to make an even finished surface in all heights with all scaffolding and stagingincluding cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges,staging, scaffolding, etc. complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in charge. 21 Painting two coats with approved quality & shade enamel wood paint on new wood work / old wood workk over one coat of primerincluding scraping, cleaning, the old paint surface sand papering, fillingthe holes with wax putty etc. all complete including cost and supply ofall materials,labour,T&P,taxes,transportationcharges,staging,scaffolding, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Excluding GST) 22 Providing & laying quarry dust of aprroved as sub-base in layers not exceeding 225mmthick each watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C with Vibratory Rollerwith supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments,taxes , tollage , royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC 23 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC Gr-II(63 mm to 45mm ) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade andcamber, applying and brooming requisite and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate with Quarry dust , watering and compacting to the required density as perclause 404 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works with supply of all materiallabour transporation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes , tollage , royalties etcall complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC 24 Supplying,transporting,collecting and laying of approved qualityinterlockingprecast cement concretepaver blocksof M-40 gradeof 80mm thick of required shape,size.design convying the same by private trucks with all leads including loading and unloading , layingover 50mm thick compacted bed of river sand ,and proper embedding interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer throught vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting the paver blocks as per required size and partern, sweeping the surface etc all complete with supply of material, labour , T&P,taxes tollage etc all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 25 Design , Supply , Manufacturing ,fabrication,painting and erection of Pre- Engineered building system with high Tensile steel of grade E-350,in frame structural steel works made of built up sections connecting with the plates (E-350 grade) and bolts of grade 8.8 (connecting bolts) and grade 4.6 (for anchor bolts) including secondary members in cold formed sections and tubular sections of grade YST 310 etc. The work including all activities like shot cutting and welding, primer coat, hoisting upto height 5.0mtr above ground level, fixing in position as per drawings and specifications. finishingworks includingsurface preparation by shot blasting followed by a coat of approved epoxy zincphospate primer and two coats of epoxy paints (total DFT 105 micron) all complete as per approved structural drawing, steel materials shall be conforming to IS-2062 and tender specification. The rate includes all work like supply & erection of foundation holding down bolts, base plates, structural portal frame made with column and rafter includingconnecting plates, nut, washer, bolts, stiffeners , intermidiate, bracing and lacing etc , sheet runners and roof purlins, sag rods of grade Fe250, including fixing of tensile fabric membrane 950 GSM conforming to EN ISO 2286-2 as per technical specificaiton. All the steel works complete as per drawing and specificiations. Fabrication drawing shall be prepared by the contractor for the approval before cutting/fabrication of the structure. . ( Excluding GST) 27 Engagement of Hydraulic Excavator of 1cum bucket for each work excavation during execution of work including supply of operator,fuel tools and plants etc all completeas directed by engineering in charge.(Excluding GST) 28 Engagement of Tractor for shifting of sludge, debris from one place to otheretc. with fuel, engagement hire & running charges, cost of operator, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge only engagement perod will consided, no idle charge will be considered (Excluding GST). 29 Supplying of 4 SCH 80PVC pipe withof required length to fixing in drain for free flow of stagnant water in parking areaincluding removing /dismantling the damaged/broken portion ofwith leak proof joints, etc with supply of all labour, T&P, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST). 30 Providing ,fitting ,fixingthe fabricated MS/GI structures65MMX65MMX8MM after cutting , bending ,making holes ,jointing ,weldingas per requirementand hoisting fabricated structurals,placing in position as per drawingor as directedwith supply of all labour materials ,T&P, taxes, transporatation ,staging ,scaffolding , machinery ,cost of fueland electrode,gas consumable,hire and running charges of machineryetc.all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge(Excluding cost of GST) 31 Supplying ,fitting ,fixing of punched tape concertina coil of diameter 610 mm having 51 turns in one coil and 6.00 mtr length to be stretched manufactered out of 19 mmx0.5 mm thick steel strips and 9 nos horizontal razor barbed Tape(RBT) made of 2.5 mm thick spring steel core wire and weight 80 gms /Rmt with 18 to 25 micron zinc coating over the coil &RBT,both materials having tensile strength of 1620 N/mm2, both are dipped in corrosion preventive fluid , fixing with angle posts section with G I stapples or GI clips /wires to retain horizontal with supply of all material labour T&P taxes stagging etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC 32 Dismantling Steel Work in all types of sections upto a height of 5 m above plinth level excluding cutting of rivet with with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, watering, curing, taxes,, tollage, royalties, etc. complete but excluding GST & as per direction of Engineerin-charge all taxes, including leads & lifts transportation & disposing at specified place and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
