Control Panel: Microprocessor based Auto Digital Heater Control & Monitoring in Auto/Manual modes. Distribution & Safety: 1 No.4. Temp. SENSORS, signal CABLES etc.5. Internal electric wires/cables from Panel to Heaters 180 Mtrs. Required Sensors.B. SERVICE PORTION - INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF ELECTROMELT AUTO-DIRECT ELECTRIC MELTING OF SULPHUR FOR SULPHUR BURNER IN BOILING HOUSE.1. Actual erection will be carried out by vendor staff under vendor supervision. And Boarding & Lodging will be provided Vendor2. Work shall be carried out as per the best engineering practices at Sugar Industries.3. Supplies shall be fully guaranteed against any manufacturing defects / poor workmanship/ inferior design or quality etc. for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of delivery whichever is earlier. During this period, seller will arrange to repair / replace any defective part free of cost or replace complete equipment, if required. Vendor shall be held liable for any direct/consequential damage arising from a fault or malfunction of equipment to vendor’s own risk. The repair /replacement will be done at factory site (During Guarantee period).
