Tender For Fabrication And Erection Of Ms Stop Log Gate of size 3.225mx1.5 m by MS plate of thickness 10 mm by cutting, drilling and welding using ERW (Electric Resistance Welded)/SAW (Submerged Arc Welded) MS plates (Fe-450 grade) conforming to IS 5620 (1985) with latest amendments and also including work of Support of hook,guide and back support are to be made by using 20 mm thickness plate by cutting, drilling and welding using ERW/SAW also Providing rubber seal of round and flate shape of best quality required for proper sealing of stop log gate in between guide and also providing MS nut bolt with washer, angle iron of size 75x75x8 and m.s bar of size 70 mm required for completion of work of stop log gate by perfect cutting and welding of plates to correct position including cost and conveyance of all consumable materials with all lead and lift, cost of all labour and necessary T&P and giving satisfactory hydraulic test as per latest IS specification for test pressure and working pressure both at contractor’s workshop and site as per detailed specifications.. (MS Plates of thickness 10 mm & 20 mm shall be provided to Bidder by LID AYODHYA on FOC) at Ayodhya pump canal, Vikramjot, Basti under Modernisaiton Project of Electrical & Mechanical work of Ayodhya Pump Canal, Vikramjot, Basti.
