For operation and runningof this WTP plant, bill shall be paid from item/Sl no. 2 of this BOQ, supply of treatment chemicals shall be paid from item/Sl. no. 3 of this BOQ. For major spare parts to be installed (if requires) forpumps shall be paid through item/Sl no.4 of this BOQ. Any spare partsor items to keep the water treatment plant (WTP) in running condition and which are not covered in BOQ 4shall be borne by Contractor only. No seperate payment will be made in this regard. Any rapairs for WTP Electromechanical equipment like welding in piping, filter tanks, clarifier, flash mixer, repair of pump & motors, flowmeters, interconnection piping, dosing pumps, various valves, consumables like grease/oils, change of filter media, lamella clarifier media etc to keep the plant in running condition and to produce the required qualitywateroutput which areall is in the scope of this item only and no extra payment will be made in this regard.Schematic diagram of WTP layout is attached as Annexure -A.Specification and quantityof major WTP equipment which needs to be considered for this AMC is attached as Annexure - B.Expected raw water (surface river water obtained from yeleru canal and supplied by M/s APIIC) & required treated water quality is attached as Annexure - C. |

| 35 | Annual maintanance of treated water supply distribution system consists of following equipment:Treated water distribution system chiefly comprises of 2 No\"s ofhorizantal base mounted flexible coupled centrifugal pumps (15HP) , and one (01) no ofsubmerssible pump (3HP), piping network connecting from Treated water storage tanks to various housing quarters located at various locations of Anuvihar colony,isolation valves(GM gate) , butterfly valves, float valves installed at roof mounted over head tanks of quarters, air release valves etc. Drawing of Treated water distribution system is attached as Annexure-D. Major piping and valves quantity needs to be considered for this AMC is attached as Annexure -E.Work nature: Treated water obtained from WTP plant shall be stored in the existing treated water storage tanks located near WTP premises. This stored treated watershall be supplied to various housingquarters of anuvihar colonyusingtreated water distribution pumps installed at WTP premisesvia distribution piping (GI/MS pipe) network which is mostly under ground carbon steel piping.As per water supply requirement valves needs to be adjusted daily. For this water distribution AMC work, payment shall be made through individual items as mentioned below.O&M of pumps shall be paid through item/Sl.no 11,13.spare parts required for O&M of treated water distribution pumpsshallbe paid through item/Sl. no 12. supply of man power shall be paid thorugh BOQ item 14. For any repair work in existing piping, or in valves of Treated water supply distribution system considered for this AMC work, payment shall be paid through items/ Sl. no. ofBOQ15, 16 & 17 as and when repair requirement arises. For any new piping systems which needs to be extened to the existing system shall be paid through item/Sl. no 18, 19. |
