    Bids Are Invited For Repair and Overhauling Service - REPAIR OF UNIT 31 QTY 01 EACH; REPAIR OF UNIT 31 QTY 01 EACH; Yes; Buyer Premises - SCOPE OF WORK UNIT-31 (ANTENNA ROTATION DRIVE SYSTEM) Following jobs are to be performed on Unit-31 while repair and overhauling of complete system: Dismantling of main gear housing, reduction gear housing for inspection of complete gear system and bearings for major overhauling. 2. Repair and servicing of reduction gear assembly which includes (a) Replacement of all bearings le bearings of techogenerator shaft, motor drive shaft, transfer gear shaft and EM clutch shaft (b) Replacement of oil sump seal, techgenerator shaft seal and main gear anive transfer shaft seal Repair and servicing of EM clutch (d) Repair of oil splasher (e) Repair of techogenerator drive shafts, antenna motor drive coupling shaft. Repair and servicing of Techogenerator 3 Rewiring of SHA1 (08 pin connector) connector to Slip Ring, SHA2 (12 pin connector) connector to Antenna Motor Tilt operation and indication system and Techogenerator system. 4 Repair and servicing of Tit Mechanisme Tilt actuation and Indication system 5 Repair and servicing of Antenna motor and Tilt Motor 6 Replacement of necessary coupling gaskets (techogenerator drive coupling gasket, rubber padding (Antenna Motor drive coupling), rubber gaskets (inspection windows, main shaft top hatch) and sealing and packing of Oil sump assembly to make it leakage proof. 不 Repair and servicing of Slip Rings and its contacts Post overhauling assembling and fitment of complete Unit-31 9 Application of necessary oil and lubricants at all moving parts with specified oil and lubricant 10 Post repair functional testing as per technical specifications Total Quantity :
