1(The bidder shall quote a \"Service Charge\" for providing services, as applicable in the tender. The Service Charge shall be quoted as a percentage of the total Statutory Monthly Emoluments payable to the total number of (unskilled) Security & other Personnel proposed to be deployed. Here ‘Statutory Monthly Emoluments\" shall mean amount payable as per Row 10(A) Bill for Reimbursement of Wages and OtherStatutory Payment under Section‐XII: Billing. Tax, as applicable from time to time, shall be paid extra. No additional charges, taxes etc. will be paid. The bidder may quote upto a maximum of 10%(ten percent) as Service Charge and value should be above 0 (Zero)% otherwise Bid will be rejected.)[For example: If you quote the figure \"5.10\", it means that you will charge 5.10% of total Statutory Monthly Emolument payable to the total number of (unskilled) Security & Other Personnel deployed as Service Charge per month.
