I / We hereby agree to tender consultancy services as defined in the agreement form and also agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in the said form.My/our fee for above mentioned architectural cum design consultancy serviceswill be the percentage hereby quotedon the total project preliminary estimated cost ofRs.1,93,55,920/-which is worked out by the Corporation.This offer is valid for a period of 45 days initially from the date of opening of the tenders by the Corporation & with a provision that it shall be further automatically extendable for a period of 45 days.
