    Tender For Hire The Services Relating To Onn Job Contract Basis As per CRM project: Promotion of Agricultural Mechanization for In-Situ Management of Crop Residue in Haryana state protocol Field Chain Agent (FCA) is required on contract work on job basis. FCAs will have up-graded skills in residue management technology and would be available in the adopted cluster of villages to advice farmers and collect data. The FCAs will be provided special opportunity for up-gradation of skills through regular trainings, demonstrations, awareness, study tours and visits to SAUs/ ICAR institutes during the crop season. Since FCA will provide a vital link between KVK, state line departments and demonstrating farmers and other farmers at KVK Sadalpur and newly adopted village: Mirazapur and Ladwa. Old villages under CRM includes Mirka, Juglan, Satrod, Lohari Ragho, Chamarkhera, Sahu, Dhana, Kharar, Khokha, Ghirai etc. It is essential to select experienced but young, progressive and practicing farmers who are not looking forward to this assignment as per need and collect data of two villages farmers under CRM project. The FCA will be (Senior Secondary/High School) & knowledge in farming Age: 18 to 45 years
