(The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately).(SOR No. 16.75) 42 Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap) :) For 300 mm dia piles.(SOR No. 20.3.1) 43 Extra over single under ream for providing additional bulbs in under reamed piles, under specified diameter(only the nos. of extra bulbs are to be paid) FOR 300mm (SOR No. 20.4.1) 44 Providing and mixing integral crystalline admixture for water proofing treatment to RCC structures like basement raft, retaining walls, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc. at the time of transporting of concrete into the drum of the ready-mix truck ,using integral crystalline admixture @0.80% (minimum) to the weight of cement content per cubic meter of concrete) or higher as recommended by the manufacturers specification in reinforced cement concrete at site of work. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e. by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90%, compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure. The crystalline admixture shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. SOR NO22.22 45 Arranging and spreding 75 mm thick broken grit 20 mm (Granite stone)uniformfor turfing over 100mm thick base course of C.C. In 1:4:8 (1cement:4coarse sand: 8, 40mm stone ballast) top finish by brooming of cement mortar 1:4(1cement: 4 Coarse sand) including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion. (NSI 2/CSI5.31) 46 Painting letters & number over cable trench cover or other places with the help of stencils including painting of base of 150 mm. dia of one coat of primer and two coats of superior quality synthetic enamel paint size of letter to be 60 mm. x 10 mm. including cost of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work including placing of Trench covers in required position (NSI 37/CSI13.28)
