Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means through excavator / manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, getting out the excavated soil and extraction of silt / mud, disposal of excavated silt, sand or soil as directed within a lead up to 1KM from the working site with provision of de-watering.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of cantering & shuttering and shuttering – All works upto plinth level 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centring & shuttering

Shuttering for all concrete works as required according to the specification

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and profile making of slope by cutting and removal of soil to make a correct profile, preparing surface complete

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3fine sand) : Flush/Ruled/Struck/Weathered pointing

White washing with lime to give an even shade: including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. Complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels(three or more coats)
