Tender For Structural Audit Of Panchpakhadi Telephone Exchange Building; 1.Providing consutancy for Structural Audit of Panchpakhadi Telephone Exchange Building as per following scope of work (Amount may be quoted in lumpsum including the cost of all activties for the entire jobA.Carrying out visual inspection of the building premises and providing distress map based on visual inspection, collecting & submission of photographs of the structure. B. Performing/conducting Non destructive testing as per relevent Indian standards to assess the compressive strength and quality of concrete and corrosion of steel reinforcement in RCC structural members through :-. i.Rebound hammer test ( Digital ) ii.Ultra Pulse velocity test (UPVT) iii.Carbonation test iv.Half cell potentiometer test v.Core Test C.Submission of detailed report with test results, analysing and interpretation of test results and photographs on structural condition of the building and recommending the appropriate remedial measures. D.Issuance of structural fitness/stability certificate for the structure as per standard/ municipal format.
