Job includes providing services of repairing of shaft of 555 KW 1000-1200 RPM FV 220 FA 22.3/16.8 DC Motor including complete motor servicing as per below scope of the Job: -Shaft Repairing as per attached scope: Carry out visual Inspection and assess the overall condition of the motor and the shaft and measure the dimensions of the shaft to determine any deviations from specifications. Inspect for cracks, wear, or other signs of damage on the shaft specifically at the non-drive end bearing. Check for any excessive wear on bearing surfaces or keyways. Welding and Machining of cracks, if welding is feasible, weld and then machine the shaft back to its original dimensions. Dynamically balancing the shaft to be carried out to ensure smooth operation after repairing or replacing it to minimize vibration.Motor Servicing as per attached scope: Dismantling of motor, Cleaning of all components of the motor Heating and drying of motor, Varnishing and baking of motor Check and replace the Carbon Brushes if they are broken or shortened Checking all the spare parts of motor. Checking of stator windings for insulation resistance, winding integrity, and physical damage, Checking of rotor bars and end rings for wear or damage Carry out required tests such as insulation resistance (Megger test), winding resistance, and surge comparison tests. Replacement of all the damaged spare parts. Damaged spare part will be provided by the HBL All consumables, tool and tackles are provided by the vendor. Assembling of motor Conducting Performance Trials of the motor on no load and load conditions.
