Flammability Tester should be suitable to perform Toy Safety Testing also. 2. Standards complied BS 5438: 1976 TEST 1, 2, 3 BS 5438: 1989, EN 71-2 EN 13772: 2011 EN 1101: 1996 EN 1102: 2016 EN 1103: 2005 EN 532: 1995 EN 407, EN ISO 6940: 1995 EN ISO 6940: 2004 EN ISO 6941: 1995 EN ISO 6941: 2003 EN ISO15025: 2002 & 2016 EN ISO 14116 EN ISO 14878, GB/T 5456 GB/T 87463. Features: Flammability Tester should be fully automatic; Flammability Tester should have Automatic burner ignition; Micro Switches of Flammability Tester should be activated by ignition wires; Flammability Tester should have Motor-driven burner nozzles and micro switches to ensure automated operation; Burner tip motion should be regulated via motorized control allowing forUp/Down, Forward/Backward, and Rotating Angles (Surface, 30° Bottom edge, 45° and Vertical); Flammability Tester should allow quick and easy reconfigure to a wide range of interchangeable precision test frames and burners; Clamps for mounting the threads should be capable of loading easily and should hold the thread firmly in place; Flammability Tester should be designed to meet EN 71-2 Safety of toys - Part 2; The burner tip should be easily adjusted to meet the different configurations required to fully meet the various parts of the standard including vertically oriented for parts 5.2 and 5.4 and 45° inclination for parts 5.3 and 5.5.4.
