Supply of 28mm neck size PETPreforms as per the following Techincal Specifications: Weight: 13.5 gms ± 0.50 gms,Bottle should be made from Husky machine Only. Raw Material: Polyethylene Terepthalate resin with IV 0.80 +/- 0.02. Only virgin raw material shall be used. Proof for the quality shall be produced , if asked for. Material (PET- Resin) should be as per BIS standards; 12252 : 1987, 12229 : 1987 as suitable for packing mineral water / food stuff. Overall migration should be as per IS - 14543 : 2004. , deviation can be accepted. Neck: 28 mm, Three start / half twist thread Color of preform : Clear , Length: 85 mm ± 2 mm, max. deviation can be accepted. However, performs with minus grammage deviation in 1000nos shall be limited to 5% Foreign/Black Particles: Preforms should be fully free from any Foreign or Black particles. Flashes are not acceptable. Fused Preforms: Preforms should not be stuck together. Crystallinity: Crystallinity in the end of the Preform shall not exceed more than 10 mm from the gate. Bubbles are not acceptable. Scratches: Scratches should not be visible to the naked eye Acetaldehyde Content: < 3 ppm. The product should be in line or superior in quality comparing with the leading soft drink and mineral water manufacturers. It is desirable to have plastic bottles made of polyethylene terephthalate resin containing only a very low level of aldehyde or of any other material that may give a taste to a drink bottled therein.Cost shall be inclusive of all conveyance and delivery at the factory at Thodupuzha(Idukki Dist.) and shall be inclusive of all unloading charges at site
