| 1 | Taking down care fully Asbestos cement sheets in roof coverings at height of approx 12 mand stacking the sheets outside building premises for counting/ measurment. Firm should remove AC sheets carefully and ensure no brekage/ damage to old sheets. It will be firms responsibility to ensure complete safety of workmen engaged at a height of 12 to 15 m. All Personnel Protective Equipments (Helmet, safety belt, goggles & hand gloves etc) should be use at the time of execution, if any accident occur at the time of work, it would be a sole responsibility of contractor. The articles viz sheet, NLC, aluminium strip, ecoventilator etc shall be lowered on ground carefully and not thrown with rope or chain pulley arrangement. The site will be handed over in phase manner and firm has to ensure safety of factory employees/ stores/ direct material underneath.Firm should close the opened area on the same day etc complete as per SSR 2020. |
| 2 | Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) etc complete as per SSR 2020. |
| 3 | S & F plain, black, mild steel sheeting in valley gutters 1.25 mm thick with welded or soldered joints, M&L as per SSR 2020. |
| 4 | S & FDrop ends (for spigot or socket ends) or nozzles of Mild steel sheet 1.25mm thick for eaves/valley gutters, 100 mm dia galvanised class 3, etc complete as per SSR 2020. |
| 5 | S & F Bands, straps, clamps, supports or stays for rainwater pipes, windtie, louvers including bolts, if required conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 including one shop coat of primer. M & L. |
| 6 | S & F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated / trafford steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall etc fixed with zinc coated self tapping screws with attached rubber washer as specified / J type or cranked hook bolts of size 8mm thick and 350mm long with steel bolt at cladding with bituminous washer in roofs etc complete as per SSR 2020. Every 3 m sheet should have minimum 9 No J bolts/ self tapping screw. All laps and splices as per IS Code. Colour coding & pattern as approved by EIC. Firm have to submit the manufacturer/ Company test certificates. |
| 7 | S & F Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated/ trafford sheeting two mm thick with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach/ self tapping screws as specified with bituminous washer in roof etc complete as per SSR 2020. Every 3 m sheet should have minimum 9 No screw. All laps and splices as per IS Code.Colour coding & pattern as approved by EIC. |
