Tender For Repair Of Electrical Pump-Sets And Its Accessories At Different Pumping Stations Under Jurisdiction Of E&M Sz.; 1 Repairing of Pump having 6”x6”of suction/ delivery by carrying out following works (Old material to be retained by firm).(1)Repairing of storm water pump i/c dismantling of pump set from base frame by cutting of nut bolts of suction side and delivery side and holding of delivery line by dead flange and thrust support and suction line by holding with tripod arrangementi/c loading/ unloading by skilled labour, to & fro cartage along with replacement of its parts/ accessories i/c gland plate/ spilt gland, MS Lock nut with Lock washer, Keys of impeller & coupling, stud of Gland plate and all packings i/c oiling, greasing, replacement of required body studs & nuts, coupling tyre, required machining works for proper balancing of complete pump unit and minor repair works and dynamic balancing with existing motor i/c installation, testing and commissioning on full load etc. as required complete in all respects. 2 Repairing of pump shaft 3 Repairing of pump shaft sleeve 4 Repairing of Impeller 5 Replacement of pump bearing 6 Providing of M.S. coupling guard made of suitable size M.S. Angle iron welded/ joint with M.S. Sheet of minimum size of 3 mm or as suitable and M.S. cross welded net, over the pump set coupling. Fixing of coupling guard with required nut, bolts etc., by drilling holes on base frame and duly painted complete in all respects as required. Fixing of coupling guard with required nut, bolts etc., by drilling holes on base frame and duly painted complete in all respects as required. 13 Repairing of 40 HP Electrical Motor by carrying out following works (Old material to be retained by firm) (1)Repairing of following rating Electrical Motor by rewinding, varnishing including dismantling of motor from pump by heavy labour i/c loading, unloading, to & fro cartage, complete with repairing of connection plate, fan, fan cover and required balancing, making connection, installation, testing & commissioning on full load etc. as required complete in all respects. 14 Replacement of bearing (support bearing) 15 Replacement of bearing (load bearing) 16 Repairing of Sluice valve of 150 mm dia by carrying out following works (Old material to be retained by firm) (1)Making of flap 17 Making of spindle (SS) 18 Repairing of Guide way of flap 19 Making of GM nut 20 Fixing of GM Ring on the flap 21 Providing/ fixing of operating wheel 22 Replacing of Housing Bolts 23 Providing/ fixing of gland housing 24 Removing of broken studs from housing 25 Dismantling, assembling charges i/c rubber packing, cartage etc. 26 Repairing of Sluice valve of 250 mm dia by carrying out following works (Old material to be retained by firm) (1) Making of flap 27 Making of spindle (SS) 28 Repairing of Guide way of flap 29 Making of GM nut 30 Fixing of GM Ring on the flap 31 Providing/ fixing of operating wheel 32 Replacing of Housing Bolts 33 Providing/ fixing of gland housing 34 Removing of broken studs from housing 35 Dismantling, assembling charges i/c rubber packing, cartage etc.
