Deployment of required manpower for refractory gunning work at ESP ducts. 2. Arranging of required gunning machine and its consumables such as frictional pads and gunning hose and water hose with tools, tackles, accessories, and safety PPEs, etc. at site. 3. Identification and Segregation of the refractory castable material. 4. Fixing of MS / wooden inner shuttering into the position as per requirement or as per instruction of site-in-charge. 5. Cutting, dressing and xing of ceramic board / blanket / paper in speci ed thickness as per the drawing/instruction of engineer in charge. 6. Complete dressing and finishing of the castable gunning area to ensure smooth finishing. 7. Application of Refractory castable lining in single layer / Dual layer of speci ed thickness as per the drawing/instruction of engineer in charge. 8. Transportation of equipment and tools <(>&<)> tackles at site and back is in scope of vendor.
