| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 160 KVA (128 KW), 415 Volt, 0.8 PF, 3 phase, 50 Hz factory assembled Silent DG set NEW CPCB IV COMPLIANCE Environment friendly generating set meeting the exhaust emission norms as per the latest MoEF notification at 308 FD Hosp at Drass Station mounted on common base plateform with flexible coupling 1500 RPM along with sound proof enclosure (acoustic enclosure) specially designed to meet stringent MoEF/CPCB norms 75 dBA@1mtr at 75% load, the acoustic enclosure is made of CRCA Sheets with high quality noise absorbent and fire retardant grade acoustic insulation material (Rockwool) complying to IS 8183, acoustic enclosure must have top lifting arrangements for easy lifting, with structural/sheet metal base frame painted in black and independently supported from engine to outside of power house upto 1.00 mtr, AVM pads foundation as per manufacure\"s design, cold starting kit battery start with suitable cables for connecting from DG Set to panel board, DG set shall be capable of operating in temprature range of (-35⁰C to +35⁰C) complete with and including of the following acessories suitable for parallel operation/ independent operations:(A)Prime Mover :- Deisel Engine of suitable capacity 6 cylinder, In-line 4stroke, radiator cooled engine, efficient air handling system, optimised turbocharger for increased altitude capabilities, optimized fuel consumption with common rail electronic injection system. The DG Set shall be capable of running 24 hrs continouly with 10% overloading for one hour in every 12 hrs as per BIS-5514/BIS-649, Engine shall be enquipped with all standard fitting as per manufacturers recommendations and mounted on common base frame through flexible coupling with following accessories :- |

| 3 | (C) Control Panel :- Alternator control inbuilt panel cubical type with internal wiring with copper conductor for 160 KVA, 415 volt, 03 Phase, 04 wire, 50 Hz alternator fabricated out 1.6mm thick MS sheet painted internally and externally with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, powder coated for weather-proof and lasting equipped with the following accessories :-(i)Multi functional digital type meter-01 No. for AC Alternator metering: showing L-L Voltage and L-N voltage, current (Phase and total) and frequency, KWH, total and per phase (KW & KVA), PF, utility voltage and frequency, for Engine protection: showing Low lube oil pressure, high/low coolant temperature, battery low/high/weak volts, fail to crank/start, sensor failure, cranking lockout, low fuel level, for AC Alternator protection: Showing Over/under voltage, over/under frequency, loss of AC sensing, overspeed, over current, KW overload, for Data Logging: showing Engine hours, control hours and upto 5 recent fault codes, for showing maintenance due alarm based on Engine Run time. 01 No.(ii)MCCB of suitable rating with short circuit protections for incoming as recommended by manufacturer - 01No.(iii) Set of indicating Lamps for 03 phase RYB - 01No.(iv) Oil pressure meter - 01No.(v) Set of copper bus bar of suitable capacity with incoming/outgoing terminals - 01 No.(D) Other Fitting :-(i) Battery charging alternator - It should be able to charge 12 volts, 180 AH battery 02 Nos at a time and with 01 Nos ammeter of suitable range provision of incoming electric connector single phase 220 volts and two terminal of connecting outgoing leads to connect battery including suitable size of wooden plank complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Note :- (i) The contractor shall produce a copy of approved certified to authenticate the above from the OEM/OEAD.(ii) Fuel Tank capacity as per manufacturer recommendations on steel frame at suitable height with all connecting pipes and fitting upto pump and over flow pipe form engine to tank including level indicating gauge duly marked and drain valve and air vent plug etc.(E) Maintenance Spares :-(i) Fuel filter element - 02 Nos (ii) Oil Filter - 03 Nos (iii) Fan Belt - 01 Nos (iv) Hose Belt - 01 Nos(v) Tapped Cover gasket - 01 Nos (F) DG Set shall be supplied alongwith acoustic original enclosure of the manufacturer suitable for 160 KVA DG Set as per CPCB IV Norms.(G) Tool kit as supplied by the manufacturer as per maintenance manual- 01 set complete.(H) The DG Set shall be tested by the Contractor in presence of the Accepting Officer\"s representative / IEM & Engineer-in-Charge for 12 hr as per standard procedure without any extra cost to the department and the quoted rated are deemed to be included for all these aspects.(J) Payment of DG Set will be made after satisfactory testing.(K)The DG Set 160 KVA shall be supplied, installed, tested & commisioned at Drass (Location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) under the AOR of GE Kargil and the quoted rates are deemed to be included for this aspects.(L) The rate for testing is also included in item rate. |
