Providing Roller Crash Barrier to Government Roads in Yercaud (H) (C&M) Sub Division (SLM-141)1.Providing Roller Crash Barrier at km 2/10-18/4 of Kuppanur Kottachedu - Valavanthi road (01-CRIDP-23-24-M-0441)2.Providing Roller Crash Barrier at km 0/0-1/6 of Pelathur Kottachedu Road; 1 Supplying and installation of a road restraint system – Roller System Barrier shall meet all the performance requirements of MASH TL-4 of AASHTO and other relevant tests in force. The roller system comprising of post of hot dip galvanized steel of 140mm diameter, main post of 2200mm height, 4.5mm thick (including reinforced to 1 m height with 125mm dia, 4mm thick inner post) and intermediate post of 135mm dia, 780mm height of 4mm thick, spaced with intervals of 666.66mm c/c installed in hardened surface made of M15 Grade concrete using 40 mm metal. Safety sleeve rail of SS 400 section 125 x 100 x 5mm are fixed two at top and two at bottom rails in main posts, two shock absorbing roller of 370mm diameter and 210mm height of each made of polypropylene – EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) with reflective bands (Minimum Class-1), including joint sleeve rails of 108 x 75 x 5mm of 900mm for top rails and 300mm length for bottom rails, each sleeve to be fabricated with a series of slotted and round holes, including post caps, round rail, lockers, pipes, stopper boards, LED guide lamps, connecting material like bolts, fasteners etc., and all labour charges for erecting at site. All steel parts (FRAME S235R equivalent SS400) and post S235JR shall be hot dip galvanized to protect against corrosion.
