Tender For Providing Roller Crash Barrier At Km 13/6-30/0 Of Kollihills Ghat Road; 1 Supplying and installation of a road Restraint system - Roller System Barrier shall meet all the performance requirements of MASH TL-4 of AASHTO and other relevant tests inforce. The Roller system comprising of post of hot dip galvanized steel of 140mm diameter, main post of 2200mm height, 4.5mm thick (including reinforced to 1m height with 125mm dia, 4mm thick inner post) and intermediate post of 135mm dia, 780mm height of 4mmthick, spaced with intervals of 666.66mm c/c installed in hardened surface made of M15 Grade concrete using 40 mm metal. Safety sleeve rail of SS 400 section 125 x 100 x 5 mm are fixed two at top and two at bottom rails in main posts, two shock absorbing rollers of 370mm diameter and 210mm height of each made of polypropylene - EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) with reflective bands (minimum Class-1), including joint sleeve rails of 108 x 75 x 5mm of 900mm for top rails and 300mm length for bottom rails, each sleeve to be fabricated with a series of slotted and round holes, including Post caps, round rail, lockers, pipes, stopper boards, LED guide lamps, connecting material like bolts, fasteners etc., and all charges for erecting at site. All steel parts (FRAME S235R equivalent SS400) and post S235JR shall be hot dip galvanized to protect against corrosion.The system shall be installed in accordance with the drawings, assembly instructions, including the cost of labour, Machineries, conveyance, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges whichever necessary including the liability period of 5years for all materials and as per the guidance of the departmental engineers etc., complete. 2 Calculation of SubTotal, GST and Total Amount carried out by system automatically 3 Basic cost of value put to tender as per estimate 4 Add GST at 18% 5 Total Value put to Tender 6 Negotiated Percentage 7 Final Negotiated Value 8 Add GST at 18% of Final Negotiated Value 9 Total Value of Contract Including 18% of GST 10 Basic cost of value put to tender as per Estimate 11 Quoted Rate in Figures (Total Value of Contract Including 18% of GST )
