To perform such services and execute such workscovered under the \"Term contract for Artificers work\" upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the Tender documents and upon the conditionsas may be demanded and as are enumerated in theMES Schedule during the period of One year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in theMES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 (Part-I) (Specifications) with errata/amendments 1(a) & (b), 2 & 3 and Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II (Rates)with errata/amendments 1 to 122 including Section 30 and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts).
