Turn back the overturn log-boom sections to its actual position with the help of minimum 2 nos. heavy duty motorized winch machine or any other machinery that are capable for turning back of all log-boom sections.

Repair of 30 Nos. HDPE Logboom section with provision trash screen in 150 meterlength logboom by means of one by one sections dismantling,delaunching,providing and fixing of 60 nos. newly fabricated Trash screen as per drawing with its fixing fasteners, damaged trash screen holding clamps, replacements of old wire rope U Clamps, relaunching and assemble back with other logboom section as per Scope of work.

Providing and fixing of 750mmX750mm size FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) gratings of suitable colour with mesh size 30X30X30 including its suitable fixing and holding arrangements with each HDPE log-boom sections for walkway in all 125 NosHDPE Logboom sections (625 meter length HDPE log-boom). (Including Material Cost / Fabrication Cost/ Erection Cost/ Installation Cost per sqm)as per of scope of work.

Providing and applying two coats of Zinc chromate red oxide primer paint of approved quality to all structures components of 625 meter length HDPE log-boom including cost of all materials, labour, removing rust , cleaning surface, scaffolding etc. complete with all leads and all lifts as per scope of work.

Providing and applying two coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint of approved quality 100 micron dry film thickness each coat to all structures components of 625 meter length HDPE log-boom including coat of all material , labour, removing rust, cleaning surface, scaffolding etc. complete with all leads and liftas per scope of work.

Providing and applying cardium compound of approved quality to all 4 nos. wire ropes of complete log-boom including cost of all materials, machinery, labour etc., complete with all leads and liftsas per scope of work.
