Supply and delivery, fitting , fixing of Kirloskar make 100 mm X 80 mm suction and delivery end suction centrifugal pump model no. SHM80/26Nwith CF8Mimpeller for sludge water application.

Seqental dismantling of gear box and keeping at a suitable place including all sorts of allied works, all complete, adopting all sorts of required precauutions, safety etc and using all sorts of machines, instruments, tool and tackles, arrangement, supports etc as per site requirement and direction of the EIC.

Checking, overhauling repairing & cleaning the existing defective parts in the gear box inluding greasing also.

Manufacturing & supply as per sample/drawing of the following actuator components A) Worm gear of phosphor bronze

Manufacturing & supply as per sample/drawing of the following actuator componentsB) EN-24 steel pinion (motor & worm).

S & F worm shaft after replacing the old/defective one, all materials should be as per the existing oneI.E as per sample .
