Tender For Miscellaneous Candi Works Of Main Plant And Auxiliary Of Kknpp Unit 3 And 4. ; 1 Fabrication, erection and welding of square shaped washer plate on I&C impulse tube penetration at various building elevations. Receipt of free issue materials from NPCIL/Contractors stores, handling, uncrating, preparation of IMIR (Incoming Material Inspection report), de-preservation, storage, submission of work procedure for NPCIL acceptance, quality plan, marking, cutting, machining, grinding, drilling, erection, fit up, welding of Carbon Steel sheet using GTAW process. The work scope includes taking field measurements, shifting of fabricated plates to desired locations, grinding, cleaning, surface preparation/paint removal of existing embedded penetration, erection at site by fit up and welding on surface of existing CS embedded penetration on floor/internal walls, by providing necessary tools and tackles, scaffolding arrangements, welding consumables, supply of Grade-3 argon gas, non consumable tungsten electrode, filler wires and other consumables necessary for completion of work as per working documentation, specification and approved procedure and submission of reports for acceptance. 2 Fabrication and machining of Carbon/stainless steel structure: Receipt of free issue materials from NPCIL stores, handling, uncrating, preparation of IMIR((incoming material inspection report), de-preservation,storage, preparation and submission of detailed drawing, work procedure, quality plan, cutting plan etc., for NPCIL acceptance, marking, cutting, drilling, machining, grinding, bending, fabrication of structures & shapes as per approved drawing from Steel plates, sheets, strips, flats, bars, round and square (supply scope of raw material is with NPCIL - Free Issue Material). This works involves cutting, machining, milling, turning, welding, drilling etc. to shape as per working documentation and technical specification and approved procedure. 3 Welding (Fillet) of carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel components (equipments, liner plate, structural steel etc.,) using GTAW process (CC):The work includes Fillet welding of components (excluding Fit-up) using GTAW process, grinding, cleaning, visual inspection, including arranging required manpower, machinery,consumables (including filler wire), supply of Grade-3 argon gas, tools & tackles etc., for completion of work as per drawings and technical specification.
