Reconditioning of Journal Bearing material available at siteSize : D450 x 450mm Scope of work :Repair, Rebabbitting, Bore Machining of TG Bearing & Rectification - Regeneration by fine machining & colour machining & colour machining of Torus piece & Cylindrical support of TG Bearing.1. Debabbitting in controlled Electric Furnace.2.Babbitting by centrifuging process with virgin lead free Tin base white metal conforming to OrgoV-738.3. Finish machining bearing bore to required size.Ultrasonic Test:Bearing should be tested ultrasonically for white metal bond conforming to ISO spec 4386-1-3-C.Dye Penetrant Test:Dye Penetrant test on surface and joints for pinholes, inclusion & cracks conforming to ISO spec 4386-3-C.
