Scope includes hiring of 1 excavator(EX-200) with 10 dumpers. 2. Duration considered for 6 months from July’24 till December’24.(considering excavation of scale pit and Flume Tunnel). 3. Minimum trips required per dumper is 5-6 trips per day and minimum 150 trips per month. 4. Vendor has to ensure trip sheets/challans which is to be duly signed by AMNS site engineer and security at the gate unless of Rs 10,000 will be levied on the contractor due to non-compliance. · Vendor scope of work: - · Supervisors, Operators, Diesel, Flagmans etc are in scope of vendor. · Diesel cannot be stored at site and equipments to be re-filled with diesel browsers only. · Vendor shall follow all the safety Norms of AMNS India. · Bill certification will be done on basis of log sheets of equipments. Breakdown and idling charges are not payable. · Work shall be executed strictly as per the instruction of AMNS Engineer-In Charge. · The contractor needs to complete the job in the required time frame after discussion and mutually agreed upon. · Contractor shall mobilize resources as per 12 hours shift basis preferably 5am to 5pm which includes one hour lunch break. Work includes Sundays and Public holidays also. · Medical checkup, safety induction, gate pass, PTW, Method Statement, JSA and HIRA etc. to be arranged by the vendor. · Conveyance, boarding, lodging of the worker will be in the scope of the vendor only. · Two wheelers are not permitted within the plant of AMNS, approved speed limit of the four-wheeler is 30 kmph. · Vendor has to ensure trip sheets/challans which is to be duly signed by AMNS site engineer and security at the gate.
