Quantity Of Bricks -12622 No Approx ,Quantity Of Bricks Bats -7.18 Cum Approx , Old Door Window Sash With Chowkhats -12 No Approx ,Iron Scrap (Rail Iron Joint Angal G.I Pipe Xpm Gate) -740 Kg Approx, Ac Sheet- 11 No Approx.Location ? Vikas Railway Colony, Jatepur Custodion- Sse/Works/Jatepur/Gkp Condition- 1- The Above Lot Has Already Been Abandoned By The Competent Authority. 2- Dismantling Of Structure By Concerned Purchaser On His Own Risk. If Any Loss Will Be Accrue During Dismantling Process Whole Responsibility Liable By Purchaser. 3- Purchaser Should Remove All The Useful/Useless Materials From The Site On His Own Expenditure. 4- After Removing All The Material From The Site, Leveling Dressing And Cleaning Activity Perform By The Concern Purchaser By Own Risk And Cost. 5- Fencing Pole And Fencing Gate Are Not Included In The Delivery It Will Be Deposited In The Office Before Delivery. 6- The Delivery Of The Said Block Includes Only The Part Above The Ground Level Of The Building Part Below Ground Level Has Not Been Delivered. 7- Every Work Is Done Only In The Presence Of The Designated Employee Of R.P.F. 8- Loading By Purchaser Labor, Delivery By Lot, Gst-18% ,Hsn Code-72044900, Tcs-1%, Allocation-20714208Lot No Is To Be Read As 1024-Sse-Works-Jatepur-Gkp-04-001.
