Dismantling of M.S. Shutter Gates (both with Gear Box & without Gear Box) of sizes 13.6 feet X 14.6 feet – 01 No., 12.9 feet X 13.0 feet – 02 Nos. of with Gear Box & 8.8 feet X 11.3 feet – 02 Nos., 5.9 feet X 11.3 feet – 01 No. of without Gear Box and Channel Gates of sizes 12.0 feet X 9.6 feet – 01 No., 12.0 feet X 9.4 feet – 02 Nos. after cutting of hole pass of both side and cutting of M.S. Tees of upper and lower side and take out the shutters and channel gates by the help of manual labour. The job includes fixing the same after complete repairing work.

Repairing/ renovation of M.S. Shutters by replacement of old damaged parts like springs, shafts, lock plates and other required parts at site with the help of welding machine, gas cutter and other required tools & tackles. This job also includes oiling, lubrication & greasing of the joints, movable parts, rails etc.

Providing and fixing of gear box and its long shaft at proper alignment with the shutter and fixing of handle system on the wall for operating the shutter by using of fasteners after drilling the holes in the wall with the help of hammer drill. This job also includes the oiling, lubrication & greasing of the joints, movable parts, rails etc.

Renovation/ repairing of M.S. Channel Gates by replacement of old parts which got damaged like M.S Tees, M.S Channels, Flat Irons, Handles, replacement of rolling wheels and other required parts as per site requirement.

Cost of Nut Bolts with Washer.

Cost of minor civil works for fixing of shutter and channel gates including repairing of existing rails/ paths/ channels of the gates with civil materials as per site requirement.

Painting and primer charges with one coat of primer & minimum two coat of synthetic enamel paint of required shade & color.

Transport charges of tools & tackles, gas cutter, welding machine and other items as per requirement of site To & Fro.
