Tender For Face Lifting Of Dandipora And Bidhard Park By Way Of Painting And Other Allied Items- 1 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 infoundation and plinth including curing in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level, Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including all carriages complete. 2 Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqmof approved brand and manufacture (old work) 3 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Complete 4 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 liters/10sqm complete including cost of priming coat. 5 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work. 6 Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick 7 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth,leadupto50meterand lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil : 8 Providing and laying of stone soling 75 mm nominal size in trenches hand packed all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load, ramming/dressing and carriage of materials from approved nearest sources to site of work complete 9 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including all carriages complete. 10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) i/c All carriages complete. 11 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. including all carriages complete. 12 Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Medium shade using 50% white cement and 50% ordinary cement 13 The estimated rates are exclusive of 18% GST. However the GST @18% shall be paid on gross amount excluding labour cess proportionately.
