Application Preparation Of High-Density Pellets For Thermoelectric Device Applications. Mounting Type Floor Mounting Working Principle Pressure Force And Temperature Output Compacted Pellets Maximum Operating Temperature 1200°C (With Temperature Range 100K To 1200°C ±5°C) Temperature Measuring Arrangement Thermocouple K Or S (Nabl Calibrated) Load 15 Tons., With Calibration Certificates Of Gauges Feed Materials Polymer, Metals, Semimetals, Semiconductors And Ceramics Pellet Size 20 Mm Diameter And 6 Mm Thickness Or More Atmosphere Inert With Argon Gas Purging Vacuum 10-3 Torr Or Better Type Of Load Apply Hydraulic Power Pack With Motor Operating Pressure In The Range Of 15 Tons Or Better Maximum Fill Height In Die 15 Mm Or More Hot Zone Volume 150 Mm Dia.
