Long. 2 2-Round Pole/ST Pole 11 mtr. Long. 3 3-Line material such as 11 K.V. cross arms/11 KV Pin insulator/conductor/GIWire/MS angle & MS channel/stay wire/stay rod, disc fitting etc. 4 Cartage of the following material from store J.E. to site of work including loading & unloading at both ends (maximum distance up to 10 km.)1-P.C.C. Pole 8.5 Mtr. Long. 5 2-Round Pole/PCC Pole 11 mtr. Long. 6 3-Line material such as 11 K.V. cross arms/11 KV Pin insulator/conductor/GI Wire/MS angle & MS channel/stay wire/stay rod, disc fitting etc. 7 Erection of Round Pole/P.C.C. Pole 8.5 Mtr. Long including fixing all accessories and fabrication as required after digging a pit of size 1.20X0.75X1.75 Mtrs. 1-PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr Long 8 2-Round Pole/ST Pole 11 mtr. Long. 9 Erection fixing & grouting of stay rod size 16X1800mm after digging the pit of size 0.60X0.30X0.30 meter in ratio 1:4:8 including fixing of stay wire clamp and nuzzling at the both ends. 10 Replacement of damage & burnt conductor of LT line with conductor including opening the bondings&removal of damage conductor & making the role then laying lifting sagging & stringing of new conductor with proper bindings & jumprungs. As follows. a ACSR Wesael Conductor. 11 Resagging of Loose 11 KV Line/LT Line after opening the binding than stringing the conductor & rebinding the same properly.1-Rabbit Conductor. 12 2-Weasel Conductor. 13 Earthing of STP/PCC support with MS Earth rod of 2.5 Mtr. Long including excavation of pit & driving of MS rod up to proper depth & connection the earth electrode with the help of GI wire. 14 Laying Lifting stringing and sagging of conductor complete in all respects as per RESPO norms. 1-Rabbit Conductor. 15 2-Weasel Conductor. 16 Guarding of 11 KV Line as per norms. 17 Providing and fixing the plastic sheet to cover around the STP/RS joist/Rail with Stay Wire up to 8 height from bottem of pole to avoide any misshappenings due to earth fault as per instruction of higer authorities. 18 Providing & fixing of Stay insulator & Stay Clamp with Nuts & bolt. 19 Providing & fixing of cross arm holding clamp for PCC Pole/STP made MS flat of size 50X6mm with nut & bolt. 20 Providing & Fixing of F-Clamp for PCC Pole/STP made of MS flat of size 50X6mm with nut & bolt. 21 Grouting of poles with Cement, sand and Brick Ballast in Ration 1:4:8 complete in all respect. 22 Laying ofLT ABC Cable of size 3x50+1x25+1x16 sq mm 23 Welding of rusted/damaged S.T. Poles with angle iron pieces at three sides properly including cartage of angle iron and T & P etc. with cost of cutting, straightening of anle iron complete in all respect. 24 Providing & fixing of following clamps for PCC Pole/STP, made of MS flat of size 50X6mm complete in all respect.1-LT Pin Clamps with nut & bolt. 25 2-Shackle Insulator with nut & bolt. 26 Cutting & Chopping of tree branches. 27 Jumpering of D/P/ 11 KV/LT Line at different places/T points. 28 Providing & fixing of bamboo sticks of required size on LT Line as per instructions of JE concerned. 29 Baricatting of T/F
