Providing and fixing in position60mm thick double skinned tile based modular work stationof approved shade and colour. Core section/main frameof workstation shall consist of powder coated aluminium sections .All the frames shall be fitted with leveling bolts and top & ends fixed withminimum 1 mm thick aluminum trimsand all other connectors/connections as per manufacturers specifications. The following are the broad specifications of the work station. a) Table top: It shall be made out of factory made 25mm thick prelaminated particle board with lamination of minimum 0.50mm thick on both sides withmatching 2mm PVC edge bindingand shall be provided withGrommet of required size for cable entry at specified location with ABS cover as per manufacturer\"s specification. Below the table top, minimum 6mm thick MDF laminated tiles(both for External tile &Internal tile)with 0.50mm thick lamination both sides of approved color and shade. Above Table top, fabric tiles made of minimum 6mm thick MDF covered with fabric(for bothexternal tiles&Internal tiles except in special tiles portion ). Special tiles consisting One fabric magnetic tile of size 600mmX450mm(approx.)made of minimum 0.8 mm thick GI sheet covered with fabric and one Glass marker tile of size 600mmX450mm(approx.)made out of 4mm thick back painted toughned glass at suitable locations as directed by Engineer in charge. The table top will be at 750mm height from floor level. Height of work station will be 450mm above table top

b) Wire management : The double skin partition shall have integrated \"CLIP ON\" race-way/ways. The arrangement shall ensure the separation of power and networking cables etc. One metal raceway tile to mount switches below the table top level for power and and another skirting tile for data. c)one mobile drawer :Minimum 400mm (W)xMinimum 450mm(D) x Minimum 600mm (H) consisting of 2 No\"s sliding Drawers and 1 No. File Drawermade of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board (Drawers bottom panel with 6mm thick prelaminated particle board) and provided with suitable lock for top drawerwith castors& Finger groove handles as per manuctureres specifications .d)Metal/ABSkey board tray with mouse pad and MS powder coated CPU trolley: shall be as per manufacturers specifications.Average Rate shall be quoted for one workstation keeping in view the approved layout of the workstation arrangement.The rate shall be quoted for the work stations having broad specifications as listed above and as per the manufacturer\"s specifications conforming toFeatherlite make/BP ERGO/Steel case /HGNI or any reputed makei) Work station of size 1200mm length X 600 mm depthX 1200 mm heightfor the arrangment having 8 nos linear sharing work stations in a row with back to back arrangement(4+4) with 60 mm thick intermediate side vertical partitions/supports ( Each work station of 1.20m size is measured for payment )

Providing and placing in positionMid Back Chairs with the following broad specifications. 1)SEATASSEMBLY: The Cushioned seat should bemade of Injection molded Plastic outer & inner. Plastic Inner should beupholstered with stitched cover and moulded High Resilience Polyurethane foam of Density 45±2 kg/m3,and hardness load 16 ± 2 kgffor 25% compression.The stitched cover should bemade from spacer fabric and leatherette. Cushioned back should bemade of PU Foam with insitu molded MS E.R.W Round Tube of size 1.9±0.03cm x 0.16 ±0.0128cm. It upholstered with spacer fabric and leatherette.Seat size 47.0cm.(W)x48.0cm. (D)2)BACK ASSEMBLY: The Cushioned back is made of PU Foam with insitu molded MS E.R.W Round Tube of size 1.9±0.03cm x 0.16 ±0.0128cm. It upholstered with spacer fabric and leatherette.BACK SIZE : 45 cm. (W) x 60.5 cm. (D) 3)ARMRESTS : The armrest top should bemoulded from polyurethane(PU) and mounted on to a drop lift adjustable type tubular armrest support made of 03.81±0.03 cm x 0.2±0.01 cm thk MS E.R.W tube. The armrest height adjustable up to 6.5±0.5cm in 5 steps.The Armrest structure should bepowder coated (DFT 40-60 micron). 4)ACTIVE BIO-SYNCHRO mechanism : The adjustable tilting mechanism should be with the following features:• 360° revolving type.• Front-pivot for tilt with feet resting on ground and continuous lumbar support ensuring more comfort.• Tilt tension adjustment can be operated in seating position.• 5-position Tilt limiter giving option of variable tilt angle to the chair.• Seat/back tilting ratio of 1: 2• The mechanism housing should bemade up of HPDC Aluminium black powder coated.5)SEAT DEPTH ADJUSTMENT Seat depth adjustment should beintegrated in the seat through a sliding mechanism.

Seat depth adjustment range should beof 6.0±0.5 cm.4)ACTIVE BIO-SYNCHRO mechanism (FU3401/3402): The adjustable tilting mechanism should be with the following features:• 360° revolving type.• Front-pivot for tilt with feet resting on ground and continuous lumbar support ensuring more comfort.• Tilt tension adjustment can be operated in seating position.• 5-position Tilt limiter giving option of variable tilt angle to the chair.• Seat/back tilting ratio of 1: 2• The mechanism housing should bemade up of HPDC Aluminium black powder coated.6) ADJUSTABLE BACK SUPPORT Back Frame should beconnected to the Up/Dn mechanism housed in Plastic T spine. It can be adjusted in the range of 7.42±0.5 cm for the comfortable back support to suit individual need.7)PNEUMATIC HT. ADJUSTMENTThe pneumatic ht adjustment has an adjustment stroke of 10.0±0.3 cm. 8)PNEUMATIC HT. ADJUSTMEVT (FU3401/3402): The pedestal is injection moulded in black 33% glass-filled Nylon 66 and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The pedestal is 66.1±0.5cm. pitch-center dia.(76.1±1.0 cm. With castors.)9) TWIN WHEEL CASTOR : 5 Nos. twin wheel castors should beinjection moulded in plastic having 6.0±0.1cm wheel Diameter and assembled to pedestal of model Versa canvas of Godrej make/ equivalent model of HNI / STEEL CASEor any approved equivalent reputed makeas approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantlingaluminium partitions, doors and other frames including proper numbering, loading and unloading and stacking by placing at the required place in the building premises etc. all operations complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . (Area of partition dismantled is measured for payment)

Making and fixing of aluminum partitions and doorsin position includingsortingavailable material of aluminum sections, particle boards, glass panels, gasketsand snap on beadingas per the approved drawingincluding fixingwithrawl plugs, screws etc and filling ofgaps if any at junctions with wall with sealant wherever requiredall complete as per the specifications andas per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Necessary screws,clamps,rawl plugs shall be arrangedfor fixing partitions . The available aluminium sections, glass, boards,gaskets and snap on beadingwill be supplied by the department at no cost. Area of erected partition havingboard/glass panels/grill only shall be measured for payment
