Intent of Specification <(>&<)> Scope This Technical Datasheet covers design, engineering, preparation of drawings, manufacture, assembly, testing, packing, despatch to AMNS Hazira and supply of 33 kV CICO Panels including final agreed spares. The tenderer shall also be responsible for supervision of erection, testing <(>&<)> commissioning of the 33 kV CICO Panels equipment. The materials, equipment, and services to be provided under this specification shall include but not be limited. Seaworthy packing shall be provided, packing list shall be pasted inside <(>&<)> outside box in transparent plastic, list shall be clearly visible. Successful Tenderer shall ensure that all items cleared for despatch are properly packed such that no damage or deformation is incurred to the item during transit from manufacturer’s works to Employer site and subsequent storage under the till the items taken for erection/installation. The equipment will be installed in substation LBSS-5 by a separate agency to be appointed by the Purchaser. The same agency shall be performing the site related tests prior to energization under supervision of successful Tenderer. 2. Standards All equipment and accessories covered by this specification shall be designed, manufactured and tested in compliance with the latest relevant standards published by Indian Standards (IS), International Electro-technical Commission (IEC) including their latest revisions/amendments. All equipment shall conform to the latest Indian Electricity Rules and CEA guidelines as regards safety, earthing and other essential provisions specified therein for installation and operation of the plant. All items of equipment shall also comply with the latest regulations of Inspectorate of Factories, Pollution Control Boards and other applicable statutory bodies of Government of India and the State Government, as applicable. Nothing will be construed to relieve the Contractor of this responsibility.
