RE E-TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF SOME ITEMS FOR TWO YEARS FROM THE DATE OF AWARD OF CONTRACT (AOC)-- 1 Diathermy Electrosurgical with Vessel Sealing System with accessories 2 Diathermy Electrosurgical with Vessel Sealing System Specification : -1. An integrated system with 300W-400W output generator and touch screens for Monopolar, Bi- Polar and Vessel Fusion integrated in one generator.2. System should be micro-processor controlled which should identify the tissue type and adjust the power to get the desired surgical effect on the tissue.3. System should have 2 Monopolar output, 1 Bi-polar output, 1 endoscopic Monopolar output and 1 Vessel Sealing output.4. The Monopolar output must have Cut, Blend, Haemostasis with division (HWD), Fulgurate, Spray and soft coagulation mode.5. The Bi-polar output must have Low, Standard and Macro mode.6. System should have separate Monopolar, Bi-polar pedal.7. Should allow Monopolar cutting and coagulation by using both hand and foot switch.8. System should have audio visual alarm facility to indicate any breakage of direct contact between the patient and patient plate.9. System should have 6 combination of cutting and coagulation setting.10. The unit should be software upgradable.11. The unit should be operational between 220-240V, 50-60Hz.12. A System should have demo mode facility and recall facility to recall last setting used by user.13. Two/Three hand switching pencils.14. Contact quality monitoring return electrode.15. Facility to use Monopolar and Bi-polar without switch over for ease during surgery.16. System should have 1 Vessel Fusion output which should be able to seal artery, veins along with tissue bundle upto 7mm.17. It should have the feature to support open and laparoscopy hand instruments for different procedures.18. Both foot switch and hand control mode should be available.19.
