SUB STATION B.K.T. UNDER E.T.D. - II, LUCKNOW. Sl. No. Item Description 1 Overhauling of all 3 Pole Pneumatic Mechanism Assemblies of SIEMENS make 220 K.V. S.F.-6 Circuit Breaker installed in 60 MVA T/F-I Bay at 220kV substation B.K.T with all cost of men, material, T&P etc. for satisfoctory completion of the Work as per following detail : 2 Overhauling of 220 K.V. Circuit Breaker Operating Mechanisms of all 3 Phases including Control Valve Assembly, Holding Latch, Anti-pumping Pin, Opening & Cleaning of Pneumatic System, Cylinder Shock Absorber etc., replacement of consumable spares as roller D Valve Sheet, O Ring P-80 O Ring P-18 O Ring P-7 etc. and other damaged Rings if necessary, Cleaning & Greasing of all internal parts and assembling of the operating mechanism, opening & cleaning of reservoir, checking of electrical connection & tightening , Gas leakage and finally checking of operation and Timing with timer of Breaker from local & remote of the Bay.
