The price shall be discovered for the range of 1-2KW on per KW basis (i.e. Price for 1.5 kW will be 1.5 times/kW price), thereafter for each additional capacity in KW up to 10 kW & above, the price shall be considered as 0.9 times the discovered price for the range of 1-2kW (i.e. if per kW price is X then price for 3.4 kW will be 2X + 1.4 X x.0.9). The multiplication factor of 0.9 will be applicable on per plant capacity.

(Mono-Perc Solar panel >= 500Wp) Modules shall be used and shall be Domestic modules manufactured from domestic cells as per Domestic Content Requirement(DCR) complied with MNRE Guidelines and shall be ALMM list(Approved list of Models and Manufacturers) of MNRE. Inverters are to be purchased from Class-1 Local supplier or as per MNRE List.

Bidders shall quote their CAMC charges as minimum of 10 % of the EPC Price(i.e. Supply+ installation).

(i) Any price component or any GST component in the price Schedule ,if left blank by the bidder shall be deemed to be included in the Total Quoted price

(ii)THDCIL shall not be liable to pay GST which has not been filled by the bidder in the price schedule, even if the same is prevailing in India as of 07 days prior to the date of price bid submission.

(iii) GST shall be paid by THDCIL as per actuals or quoted GST amounts in price schedule whichever is lesser.

The price quoted in Schedule no, 1,2,3 shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies and charges except GST, payable in the employers country as of 07 days prior to the deadlines for submission of price bid. Further, all taxes, duties, levies and charges on the materials incorporated in erection and civil and allied works (as applicable) shall also be included in the prices quoted in schedule no. 3 and no separate payment on this account, whatsoever, shall be made by employer.

Goods and service Tax (GST) applicable on goods and services specified in Schedule no. 1,2&3 shall not be included in respective schedules, but shall be quoted separately in schedule no. 4. The Goods and Service Tax (GST) quoted by the bidder in schedule no. 4 shall be as applicable in theemployers country as of 07 days prior to the deadlines for submission of price bid.

Bidder/Channel partner shall quote their prices considering ballast type mounting structure as detailed under para 3.12 of Annexure-3 to the OM no. 318/17/2024 – Grid connected Roof Top, dated 07.06.2024 of PM Surya Ghar : Muft Bijli Yojna issued by Ministry of New and Renewable Energy , Government of India and its amendment , if any . Further, as per the site requirement if there is any deviation from the above ballast type mounting structure and/or there is a requirement of additional work or customization is involved for the plant installation as per the site conditions and requirements of the customers building, the vendor shall prepare an estimate based on the mutual discussion between vendor and customer. The additional cost (over and above ballast method cost) as approved by the THDCIL and incurred by the vendor in such cases shall be payable to the vendor by the customer. Further, any reasonable additional cost and expense incurred by the Channel Partner in following the instructions from the Customer to overcome such physical conditions or any artificial obstructions or if the customer desired if the customer desired customized solution, the extra cost shall be paid by the Customer to the Channel Partner separately and THDCIL shall not be responsible for payment of such additional works and guarantees associated with such additional works.
