Tender For Leakage Attending Of 145Kv Abb Make Sf-6 Cb At 132Kv S/S, Naseerpur Under Etd, Firozabad, 1 Dismantling of Following pole of 132kv SF-6 Gas Circuit Breaker at 132kv substation Naseerpur for attending the gas leakage. The job include erection of the same pole after attending the gas leakage including cost of labour T&petc. Required for execution of work. 132kv ,Bus Coupler Bay at 132kv s/s Naseerpur. 2 Inspection and Rectification of Gas leakage of Following 132kv SF-6 CB at 132kv substation Naseerpur. The job including opening of pole assembly from upper & lower terminal flanges. Cleaning of all groove of flanges and porcelains with petrol, scruber pad and acrylic solution.Replacement of all O ring of the pole and gas pipe fittings by applying anabond adhesive reassemblyof pole then evacuation of pole upto760mm Hg. After testing of vaccum for 12Hrs. and satisfactory result. Refilling of SF-6 Gas upto required level. Checking of proper operation of C.B. from local and remote.all material T&p except SF-6 Gas required for execution of work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.132kv ,Bus Coupler Bay at 132kv s/s Naseerpur.
