Providing and laying in position M25 grade of cement concrete/ concrete of mix 1:1:2 for casting counter weights of Tower crane having minimum cement content 350kg/m3, including the cost of cement, compaction, centering & shuttering, levelling, providing cover blocks, curing, testing of concrete and providing all chamfers, notches etc. complete within tolerences as per the attached drawing and specification as directed by the Engineer-in charge to match the specified weight of blocks but excluding the cost of reinforcement. The cost is also inclusive of the charges for transportation of the finished RCC blocks to the locations specified by the Engineer-in-Charge. Vibrator shall be used to match the thickness of the concrete layer which shall not be more than 20cm and all the finished surfaces should be smooth and edges and cornersshould be precise and pipes to be placed in the block as per drawing. All the casted blocks have to be cured for the sufficient period and method as per guidance from IS 456:2000.The casted blocks should only be lifted or moved from casting bed only after 14 days of curing period and necessary variations should be made in the blocks to match thethe weight of counter weight blocks as follows,CCJ Block - 1850 kgCCK Block -4730 kg

Supply, cutting, bending, straightening, bindingand placing in position, steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cost of labour, tools etc. all complete using the bars of grade Fe-500D or more as per drawing.

Supply & fabrication of angles, flats, solid rods, base plate etc. by cutting, welding, making holes, buffing & application of two coat of primer etc, and erecting in position to line and level by welding/bolting including hire charges for tools and plants, cost of electrodes, other incidentals etc. complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
