tender for Repairing and overhauling of SR induction motor No.-2,0.415 KV, 03 phase 50 Hz 300 KW, (Marathon Electric make) along with replacement of Bearings & Bush with the new one including balancing of rotor & other allied works at 50 Cusec Ganga Jal WTP, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad, 1 Schedule G 2 Dismantling of large size & cumbersome 0.415 KV SR induction motor 300 KW (Marathon Electric make) coupled with VT pump set No.-4 from its foundation CWR/ pump house, including T&P, labour etc. 3 Transportation of motor 0.415 KV SR induction motor 300 KW (Marathon Electric make) to workshop from site with loading at site & unloading at workshop including T&P, labour etc. complete. 4 Testing by injecting primary induction current upto 557 Amp.for testing of stator winding of 0.415 KV SR induction motor 300 KW (Marathon Electric make) 5 Testing of rotor winding by injecting primary induction current upto FLC, 300 Amp. in 0.415 KV SR induction motor 300 KW (Marathon Electric make) for testing of winding and rotor. 6 Testing of Slip Ring installed at rotor of 0.415 KV SR induction motor 300 KW (Marathon Electric make) by meggar at 5000 VDC to check insulation leakage. 7 Dismantling of 0.415 KV slip ring from rotor of induction motor 300 KW including all associated components with preparatory and precautionary measures and T&P specially designed to dismantle the motor & grounding it over the surface for replacement of the bearings. 8 Rewinding of stator with insulated copper wire of suitable gauge carrying weight around 112 Kg including the intrinsic value of waste copper wire in the cost of rewinding. 9 Rewinding of rotor with copper strips of suitable size carrying weight around 130 Kg including the intrinsic value of waste copper strips in the cost of rewinding. 10 Re-conditioning the rotor shaft to get its original shape and size for refitting of the bearings including dismantling of shaft from rotor by power press machine. 11 Rotor fitting with rotor shaft by the press machine. 12 Dynamic balancing of the rotor. 13 Supply & fitting of roller bearing No. NU322C3 SKF / FAG make with greasing as per specifications. 14 Supply and fitting of ball bearing No. QJ320 SKF / FAG make with greasing as per specification. 15 Supply and fitting of gun metal bush shape and size as per sample. 16 Complete reassembling SR induction motor with nut bolt etc. material required for proper completion of the work of 0.415 KV/300 KW (Marathon Electric make) No.-2 17 Transportation charges of SR induction motor which is large and heavy difficult to carry from workshop to CWR and taking out to its foundation in CWR room within periphery of 50 Km. 18 Installation of0.415 KV SR induction motor 300 KW (Marathon Electric make) coupled with VT pump set No.-2 Kirloskar make to its foundation CWR/ pump house with testing and commissioning including all material required for proper completion of work. 19 Restoration of Slip Ring leads connection in copper upto junction box followed by XLPE Al. cable 1.1 KV x 400 sq.mm x 3 core from junction box to LRS at site and testing. 20 Servicing & overhauling of LRS installed in line with 0.415 KV SR motor 300 KW (Marathon Electric make) No.-2 including making of control circuit a fresh with all materials required for proper completion of work including T&P, labour etc.
