Deep drilling of bore hole 125 mm dia. as per the Strata encountered as per IS specification by using ODEX method and lowering of Mark-II hand pump with additional riser pipes/Connecting rods. Job includes construction of cement concrete platform as per site condition. The job also includes extraction of M.S casing pipe if any required during the drilling work.

Providing and fitting of 125 mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe. The 125mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4 mmheavy duty conforming to as per IS 4270 / 2001 medium class (Part-I) 2004, electric resistance welded beveled ended inside bead free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be bead free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall be subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. All the physical and chemical properties of pipe including tensile strength should be in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. The cost includes transportation charges upto the site and 3rd party inspection charges of the material at the manufacturer end

Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set (preferable make viz. KSB, Crompton, Kislosker, CRI, Lubi, Calama etc.or equivalent make conforming to relevant IS Code ) of suitable parameters depending upon the depth and discharge of the bore hole..Fabrication of riser pipes from G.I. Pipe 32 mm dia by way of cutting of pipes in length of 3 mtr each (70 m in total) and welding of M.S. Flanges on both sides in proper alignment. Complete job includes fabrication and installation of flanges of 32mm dia. cost of pipe, and carriage of pipe to site of work and transportation charges. Lowering of pump into bore hole by way of coupling of riser pipes with nut and bolt and making electric connections with starter panel, fabrication of lid for bore hole along with installation of bend/elbow for delivery of water. Complete job includes cost of material, labour, T&P and transportation charges. Providing, fitting and installation of starter cum control panel of single phase fully automatic starter in sheet enclosure outdoor type conforming io IS standard. Providing and laying of 2.5 sq. mm copper 2 core submersible cable and making connections with the starter panel, service line and submersible pump set. Testing of joints for leaks and running of pump on full load. Filling of all dug trenches with earth and aggregate. Job includes cost of material, labour, T&P, carriage and transportation charges
