| 1 | Providing services of GPS enabled covered body maintenance van for PWD Roads duly painted with approved colour (as per Photograph attached) of Tata SFC 407 Truck or equivalent model manufactured not before 2020 (only CNG fuel Model vehicle) of size as per manufacturer\"s specifications. All sides and top covered with M.S. Sheets properly braced & stiffened with provision of an openable shutter with locking arrangement at back. Vehicle shall bear information/display/PWD Logo/Office address etc. with retro reflective tape of approved colour shade on all sides as per attached drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be for 16 hoursduty of vehicle including Driver equipped with smart mobile phone with internet & data transfer mobile phone facility, running cost ofCNG fuel, M-Oil etc, Hammer, Phawarah, gaintie, bucket, tasla, bamboo, drum, safety cones etc. as per T&P list attached in the NIT are all inclusive in the per day 16 hoursrates (w.e.f. 5PM to 9AM ). All men on duty shall wear uniform with night vision safety jackets with PWD logo all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge to attend urgent road related complaints such as opening of bell mouths, cleaning of floating material/malba found on the carriageway, central verge, footpath main right of way, disposal of the same to the dumping ground, minor road repairs help in removing encroachment removal of banners holding etc (Note:- The copy of driving license, registration, pollution certificate and insurance of vehicle will be deposited in Division office & payment for provision of GPS shall be inclusive). Only CNG vehicle shall be allowed. If the maintenance van is not provided by the contractor round the clock than recovery from running bill will be @ Rs. 10,000/- per day.Staff required with Van:- a) Driver- 1 No. equipped with smart Phone. b) Vehicle GPS enabled. |
| 2 | Providing service of of GPS on Maintenance Van (as per item No.1) including its operation maintenance of GPS record on website and its report generation Including submission in Division on daily basis as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Providing service of sewerman / Beldar for opening the blockage in drain/cross pipe and other works for 8 hours duty in a day as and when required as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The sewermen/beldar will be required round the clock in three shifts for 8 hours duty) nothing extra shall be paid on account of night duty. (If the sewerman/beldar is not provided by the contractor then recovery frombill will be made @ Rs. 2000/- per day). |
| 4 | Providing and deploying of JCB Machine (8 hours working per day) having bucket and blades for dual purpose for removal of encroachment, building rubbish, dumped/ staggered stones, levelling and dressing of ground including loading, unloading of material in trucks or dumper including cost of helper, operator diesel, mobile oil etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (If the JCB is not provided by the contractor than recovery from bill will be made @ Rs. 15000/- per day). |
| 5 | Hiring and operation of dumper for 8 Hours per day of removal of malba and building rubbish etc. generated from dressing of katcha portion and removal of malba including all risk involved in demolition operations etc. including cost of driver, helper, diesel, lubricants etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (If the dumper is not provided by the contractor than recovery frombill will be made @ Rs. 4000/- per day). |
| 6 | Hiring and operating of mobile crane (Hydra) for 8 Hours per day for loading, unloading of dismantled material in trucks or dumpers, levelling and dressing of ground etc. including all risk involved in demolition operations etc. i/c cost of driver, helper, diesel, lubricants etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (If the Hydra is not provided by the contractor than recovery from bill will be made @ Rs.20000/- per day). |
| 7 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. |
| 8 | Providing services of inspection vehicle (CNG or E-Vehicle as per directions isssued from Delhi Govt. time to time, Commercial / Non -Commercial of approved make (Maruti Dezire, Honda Amaze, Hyundai Aura or equivalent) of BS VI modelwith upto date kilometer run not more than 50000 KM, not earlier than 2020 alongwith driver including fuel, mobil oil & maintenance etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for official use by Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer for monitoring of water logging and other complaints during rainy season under the jurisdiction of Division West Road-2. The cost of breakage / wear & tear etc. of the vehicle shall be borne by the contractor. Note:- (If the vehicle is not provided by the contractor than recovery from running bill will be made @ Rs. 11500/per day).Per Day upto 240 km. |
