| 5 | Note:- (i) Yearly maintenance shall be carried out through Approved Agency by GETCO / PGVCL and contractor shall submit documentry evidence to Engineer-in-Charge for their approval.(ii) Yearly maintenance shall be carried out as per GETCO / PGVCL norms.(iii) Necessary Shutdown from GETCO shall be obtain by the contractor under his own arrangement after approval of Engineer-in-Charge in writing.(iv) Contractor shall submit test result of all equipments after completion of maintenance dully signed by the GETCO / PGVCL approved agency.(v) Contractor shall submit health certificate of complete 66 / 11 KV switchyard after completion of maintenance dully signed by the GETCO / PGVCL approved agency before claiming payment of testing.(vi) Contractor shall be submitted three copy of health certificate after each preventive maintenance and testing result report duly signed by Engr-in-charge shall be kept in record.(v) Preventive maintenance of one yard shall be counted as one job |

| 18 | (ii) Item rate quoted by contractor shall include for 250 mm dia bore upto 5 metre deep and pouring, mixing of SRIP compound with soil.(iii) Drawing for single bore earthing is enclosed.(d) The earthing result will be obtained for each electrode must be less than 1Ω.Otherwise contractor is liable to do chemical earthing to meet the result without extra cost if the results are above 1Ω.(e) Contractor must visit the site before quoting the tender to understand the difficulty and cost for carrying out the job in the station. It is important that contactor ascertain the quantum of work.(f) Contractor must produce the certificate from the manufacturer that chemicalearthing has been carried out by manufacturer. | 63 | Note for above SrlItem No 1 to 55 :- (i) Work shall be executed by the authorised service mechanic/Electrician of manufacturer,After satisfactorily completion of servicing of HT Transformer/VCB/HT Breaker/HT Tap changerIf any fault occurs upto the completion of contractshould be attended by concerned rep within stripulated time frame without fail , quoted rates is deemed to be included all such charges. (ii)If any above HT Equipment and connected items become breakdown, the contractor shall loacate the problem/fault at site within 12 hours on intimation by JE/Engineer-In-Charge and ensure that the fault to be rectified within 48 Hours , failing which an amount of Rs 200 /- per hour will be recovered as a penal recovery from any payment due to contractor after expiry of 48 hours.) (iii) Minor consumable items, ie Nuts bolts, Control wires , PVC tapes, Welding Job, cotton waste & cleaning clothes, petroleum jelly, grease , lubricating oil, emery paper , T & P items etc, is to be arranged by contracttor without any extra cost. |
