Kerb wall system. 1 layers WMM (water mix macadam) with compacted thickness of 6 each layer. 3 layers Asphalting, 35mm of BM layer and 15mm of BC Layer. Final silcoat Providing Concrete sauce drain. Providing and laying FIBA Approved 16 mm thick (average) rubberized flooring (CONIPUR 25) system on the surface in Parks as per detail given below :- a) Ist layer PU (Poly Urethene)/ Primer coat on existing hard base including cleaning the existing shockpad. b) 2nd layer of 8 mm thick Black SBR (Styrene Butadience Rubber) granules 1-3.5mm thick mixed with 18-20% single component PU binders. c) 3rd & top layer 8 mm thick coloured (as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber granules coloured 1-3.5mm thick mixed with 18-20% single component PU hinders.
