25G lab upgrade (Detailed information in Annexure I)
3Incubation support at each lab (this amount is fixed at Rs. 12,00,000/- per month) - Refer Para 3.5.b of the Tender documents
4Dedicated Mentors - Amount estimated is the monthly payment for 8 (eight) dedicated mentors across 8 (eight) labs. Their job is handhold stakeholders and assist them in using the lab for R & D purposes. Refer Para 3.5.c of the Tender documents
5Consultants - Amount estimated is the monthly payment for 2 (two) consultants. This includes travel, boarding and lodging expenses of the consultants. Refer Par 3.5.d of the Tender documents.
6Industry Speakers and Partners - Amount estimated is for the travel, boarding, lodging and other expenses for Industry speakers and Partners invited for Industry meetings and interaction.
7Dashboard Management - To monitor the outcome as well as quarterly report. (Detailed information in Annexure II.)
8Hackathons (in Guwahati and Bangalore)
