Fabrication, Erection of Double Pole Structure on 11 mtr. long STP with necessary clamps, accessories required including fixing of Top Channel 125X65X6 mm. (2240 mm long) 01 nos., Dropper Channel 100X50 mm. (2028 mm long) 01 Nos. with arrangment of fixing of 06 nos. 11 K.V. Pin Insulators. Cross Bracing set of MS Angle 01 Nos. Grouting of 02 Nos of STP with cement, sand and brick ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (2X0.9 Cu.Mtr)and making plinth upto the height of 300 mm from ground.Painting of poles with primer and enamel paint as per RESPO specification complete in all respect. Providing Danger board, Name plate & Barbed wire. Earthing of both the poles.

Placing of 25 K.V.A. healthy Transformer from out side of yard to plinth/double pole with the help of crain and T & P.

Laying of 11 K.V. XLPE Cable 3X70 mm2 in double Circuit underground as per digging of earth pit of Size 0.60x0.90 with provision of Sand filling and Cover with side brick and Top with Stone pad. (11 K.V. XLPE Cable will be provided by deptt. only)

Earthing of 11/0.4 K.V Distribution Transformer body/neutral by way of boring and lowering of ISI marked two Nos. G.I pipe 1.5\" dia 20 m deep from the ground level with solid cone at the lower end of G.I pipe. One end of G.I strip of size 50X6 mm. will be connected with neutral and body of the Transformer & other end will be clamped & welded with G.I Pipe as per UPPCL norms (All the material will be arranged by contractor at their own cost.)

Grouting and nozzeling of Stay set complete of size 16X1800 mm. with cement, sand, brick-ballast 1:3:6 as per RESPO specification. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)

Note :-1- All the material provided by contractor shall be as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO.2- One carriage including loading/unloading from dump site to pit site is included in scope of work.3- During execution of work all risk will be of the contractor.4- Contractor will provide all T & P, vehicle and man power.5- All the old and used material should be taken on book.6- The quantity may be vary ±10%.7- GST will be paid extra as legally applicable.8-The work should be carried out under Deposit Budget9-The work will be done as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO.
