Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, edge,flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn,grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance ofother garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide , Pesticidewill be provided by the Department& lawn mover andbrush cutter with fuel , other T & P material/articlesshall be provided by the contractor.)Play grounds / Public parks (1Mali for 2.00Acre). Maintenance of potted plants Cement pots at ground floor in flats andground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( Materials provided by the departmentely) as per direction of officer in charge (For of Cement pots 300 )No of Potted Plants for one month are 1000Nos ( Potted plants for 12 months 1000 x 12=12000Nos

Complete maintenance of shrubs (Out side garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular intervali/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge. No of Shrubs for onemonth are 2400 Nos( Shrubs for 12 minths are2400x12=)28800

Pruning, trimming, shaping of trees /shrubs (ht 15 feet and above) i/c removal of cut materials upto 50mt. lead and as per direction of officer in charge (necessary T&P shall be arranged by the contractor).

Providing ofWater tanker , having the capacity of 5000 liters and watering the plants of different locations,with one number labour ,watering should be done as per the direction of Officerincharge.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providingand operating of Tractor with trolly for removing of gaden waste,othrer nursery relatedworks i.e carriage of pots, potted plants.,etc. from one place to another place/ location including Three Noslabours for loading and unloading of waste and material. (Working Days 295)
